the staff was very nice and cooperative. the location allows for relaxation, a crucial factor when traveling. it has a great restaurant and a private beach. soft sand makes the beach even more pleasant.
the breakfast options offered a limited variety. coffee and pastries did not meet high-quality standards. portions looked small, disappointing.

the staff were amazing and friendly! the room was spacious and well maintained. it was neat and clean. nadia at reception was warm and polite, and she really ensured that our experience was great as we were celebrating our anniversary there.
breakfast options were very limited. the coffee was not good quality either! portions were small. also, the room was freezing cold. we were shivering .

The staff were cute. Everything felt so smooth. the room was amazing and very clean. i especially appreciated that the hotel provided enough amenities such as water bottles and towels. parking was also easy to access, which simplified our arrival and departure.
the pool faces north, so it was mostly in the shade. this meant less time enjoying the sun by the pool.

I loved the breakfast buffet. The selection was excellent, and the eggs and coffee were prepared exactly as i requested. the rooftop restaurant is gorgeous, providing an amazing view for a special experience!!!

The room had nice views of the skyline. It was functional and spacious. The walls were well insulated and quiet. The staff were friendly, especially at breakfast. They were really nice and were always attentive. The breakfast offered many choices and was delicious with good quality. Portions were also reasonable.
I wish I had more storage space in the room.

it was very clean and quiet. the room had a great view. the bed was very comfortable. i enjoyed the complimentary transfer to mercato mall. overall, the stay met my expectations.
the service at the restaurant was a bit slow. i waited quite a while for a simple salad. i think they can improve this slight issue.
